This episode is an interview in English with Jack Campbell who is active in Wolt Workers Group, an organizing initiative among Wolt couriers under the Danish trade union 3F. He is also a researcher on precarity in the Danish labour market at the University of Copenhagen. We called him and asked about his work as a food courier, his experience with organizing gig workers in a trade union and the possibilities in food delivery algorithms.
